Bureau of Regulation & Enforcement

Responsible for conducting regulatory investigations, compliance inspections, investigating complaints, recommending disciplinary action and conducting hearings. It also provides licensing services at the local level in eight regional offices located throughout the State.

The regional offices are responsible for:

• Receiving and distributing applications

• Investigating complaints

• Conducting licensed agency inspections

• Recommending disciplinary action

• Conducting informal administrative hearings
